For students and guardians

Complaints

At Nordic International School all staff are obligated to receive complaints and pass them on. The Principal has responsibility for the specific school and the company for the overall education.

How it works

  1. The student or guardian should send the complaint to the responsible mentor. If the student does not feel comfortable giving the complaint to their mentor, it should be sent directly to the Principal. The mentor will then quickly investigate and handle the matter and communicate the actions taken to the student and guardian. If the matter involves a member of staff it will be handled directly by the Principal.
  2. If the student or guardian are unhappy with how the complaint has been handled they should directly contact the Principal.
  3. The Principal is responsible for an investigation being carried out as quickly as possible and that necessary actions are taken to correct any potential flaws.
  4. The Principal is responsible for informing the student and/or guardian of how the identified problem has been solved.
